Industry Facilitation and Support Program The Department of Commerce is calling for companies and small businesses seeking financial assistance up to $25,000 to supply the resources sector in Western Australia. For this round of funding under the IFSP you will only be eligible for 50% of eligible expenditure up to $25,000 per successful applicant over one year. Furthermore, to be eligible for consideration you must be a supplier of products or services to major resource projects in Western Australia. The level of funding will be dependent on the level of matched funding available from the applicant.

Regional Development Australia Fund The Australian Government has established the Fund to support priority projects across regional Australia. The Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR) FRRR provides an opportunity for business, philanthropy, government and the community to work together to improve regional, rural and remote communities’ capacity to respond positively to the challenges facing rural Australia.

Community Sporting and Recreation Facilites Fund Financial assistance to community groups and local government authorities to develop basic infrastructure for sport and recreation through the Department of Sport and Recreation.

Export Market Development Grant Key Australian Government financial assistance program for aspiring and current exporters. Administered by Austrade, the scheme supports a wide range of industry sectors and products, including inbound tourism and the export of intellectual property and know-how outside Australia.

Royalties for Regions – Regional Events Program Funding of up to $300,000 is available for events that fall between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012. Funding amounts of between $5,000 and $50,000 per event can be requested.
